Hello, Dr. David Jung here. It's crazy how fast September has already arrived. With gyms opening back up, I'm sure many of you are thinking of returning back to your active lifestyle.
Avoiding injuries and exercising safely is critical. There are much needed corrections and imbalances that we are accruing throughout the sedentary lifestyle throughout the pandemic, and this can greatly contribute to injuries when you return to exercise.
